With just a couple of feet away from the crystal blue sea, a stunning location of Villa Arca Adriatica**** attracts travelers and families from all around the Europe. Our guests enjoy spectacular view on natural beauty of Kvarner islands, a peaceful peninsular setting, above pebble and rock beach. Built according to strict ecological criteria, Villa is located in park of nature North Velebit and placed in a well-sheltered bay and provides direct access to a sea level.

Owner is a former sailor. The family tradition is seafaring and fishing. We own a boat used for fishing and short cruises. We can organize both.

In Sveti Juraj, village you will be staying, you can find several restaurants with local seafood. In the village you can rent a boat or paddle boats. City of Senj is 10 minutes drive away, and city of Rijeka with big shopping centres, one hour drive.

Island Lisac is located in the bay of Sveti Juraj village, just few meters from the shore
Zavratnica is certainly one of the most beautiful bays of the Croatian coast. In the sea you will be able to see the remains of the warship which was sunk by planes 1944. The ship is a real tourist attraction to numerous divers.
Located in the nearby City of Senj, this fortress, now a museum, will demonstrate what was it like to be a warrior in Middle Ages. A beautiful promenade is now build around the Fortress.
